Mr. Boland is a project analyst in B&D’s Boston office. He serves clients in higher education providing insight guided by research and analytics to support the development of new facilities including student housing, unions, and wellness and recreation. He brings with him a background in Real Estate and Urban Design, with a focus on mixed-income and community development. Prior to joining B&D, he studied Finance and International Studies at Boston College, emphasizing his coursework in Real Estate. He has served on committees and boards dedicated to the advancement of student spaces on university campuses, specifically surrounding student union planning. Mr. Boland’s other areas of focus include the redevelopment of distressed urban areas and low-income housing.
