Caroline Burnette is a senior project analyst in B&D’s Atlanta office. As a member of the higher education advisory practice, Ms. Burnette leverages her experience across urban planning, urban information systems, and real estate to contribute to complex campus planning and development projects, including innovation districts, campus edge developments, campus master plans, and other related projects. Ms. Burnette enjoys investigating qualitative and quantitative information and working closely with her clients to ensure viable, data-driven outcomes.
Prior to joining B&D, Ms. Burnette worked for Colliers International where she developed and managed geographic information systems (GIS) solutions for the Atlanta advisory business. In this role, Ms. Burnette collaborated with real estate advisors and their clients to provide market research, demographics, labor studies, and site analysis for over 250 diverse projects. Ms. Burnette holds a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on ULI Atlanta’s Women’s Leadership Initiative subcommittee.
