With more than twenty years in the construction industry, Ms. Coble is an experienced construction manager with a focus on schedule management, budget creation/management, and constructability review.  She has worked on numerous renovation and new building projects in higher education, PK-12, multi-family/multi-use, healthcare, laboratory, and other commercial construction projects. Ms. Coble has been instrumental in developing early budgets for multiple projects and maintaining them through construction to closeout.  In addition to managing complex budgets, she has developed and managed schedules for multi-million dollar projects from schematic design through the completion of the project close-out process.  Prior to joining B&D, Ms. Coble managed numerous projects as a senior project manager for a General Contractor/Construction Manager in the Southeast and Midwestern regions of the United States.
