Since joining B&D, Mr. Benson has utilized his architectural background, construction management experience, and real estate development capabilities to manage and facilitate the planning, design, construction and close-out stages of a variety of projects. While part of the Washington, DC office, Greg gained extensive experience managing K-12 and sports and recreation implementation and advisory projects, including work with the District of Columbia Public Schools, District of Columbia Parks and Recreation, various higher education institutions and professional sports venue clients. Greg joined B&D’s Boston office in 2020, bringing along his proficiencies in budget, schedule, and quality management, market research, financial modeling, facility programming, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering a broad range of complex and fast-track project types through multiple delivery methods including public-private-partnerships (P3), design-build, design-bid-build, and construction manager at risk (CMAR).
Mr. Benson graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architecture and earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University while working at B&D.
