Jenny Derry, CCM

Project Manager

Jenny Derry is a project manager in B&D’s Collegiate Implementation Group. With more than 20 years of experience in the built environment, Jenny’s advisory services focus is on portfolio and program development, project management, and the implementation of large bond projects. She advises clients during the lifecycle of a project, from project definition through completion of the facility.

A Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Jenny is also a member of the Collegiate Implementation Group, a B&D practice group specializing in the planning and implementation of higher education facilities. Her current work includes implementation projects at San Jose Evergreen Community College District, San Jose State, Sacramento State University, CSU Monterey Bay, and the North Orange Coast Community College District.

A lifelong California resident, Jenny has focused on land use, development and construction projects in Northern California since launching her career as the development advisor to the Board of Supervisors in Santa Clara County. She also owned her own design-build firm for 15 years before joining Brailsford & Dunlavey.
