Ms. Kelley joined Brailsford & Dunlavey in 2007. She has built B&D’s HR infrastructure from the ground up, seeking to evolve, innovate, and make B&D the best possible place to work. Ms. Kelley leads a team of HR professionals and oversees a broad range of disciplines, including performance management, strategic planning, professional development, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and compensation planning with a specialized focus in the areas of talent acquisition/management and diversity and inclusion. Among her many accomplishments during her time with the firm, she has developed a highly successful mentor program that has been running for 7 years.
Before joining B&D, Ms. Kelley started up and directed the HR departments at several firms spanning a variety of industries. Her multi-state, multi-industry background brings a much needed level of expertise to the firm’s HR strategy.
