Samuel Rodriguez is a senior project manager in B&D’s Washington DC office with over 25 years of project management experience in both public and private sectors of the Construction Industry.  Mr. Rodriguez’s experience spans across ground up construction, interiors, and work with landmark buildings, among them the National Gallery of Art and The US Capitol. Prior to joining B&D, Sam was an associate director at Macro Consultants leading the planning and implementation of capital improvement projects for clients.

Sam brings a strong technical expertise in both design and construction, having led numerous such projects throughout his career. His core competencies include client representation, budget and schedule management, contract negotiations, project controls, risk management and team leadership.
