December 18, 2025

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

The P3 to facilitate the construction of new residence hall

Two of Western Kentucky University’s (WKU) oldest residence halls are slated to be replaced by a brand-new, 1,000-bed complex, according to an article from the P3 Bulletin.

And now, WKU has entered into a predevelopment agreement for its multi-phase housing regeneration.

“P3s are transforming how universities approach housing,” WKU President Timothy C. Caboni said in the article

B&D is proud to be serving as development advisors on the project. This story originally appeared on the P3 Bulletin.

"The leadership and information from B&D, and the clarity with which they provide it, brings added credibility to the process and ensures that a range of university stakeholders, including senior leadership and our board, are fully informed for – and confident in – their required decision making.”
