Ms. Grace Kiyonaga is a Business Development Senior Manager at B&D, where she manages proposals across the firm and drives initiatives that shape B&D’s business development strategy.

Before joining B&D, Ms. Kiyonaga successfully led the development of several multi-million-dollar, award-winning proposals for international development and social impact programs funded by government agencies and philanthropic foundations.

Earlier in her career, she held roles in the nonprofit sector, supporting youth- and education-focused initiatives in Washington, D.C. and across the U.S. Ms. Kiyonaga also brings experience in higher education administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Ms. Kiyonaga holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
