The University of Massachusetts has released a request for information (RFI) on proposals for a new leisure and hotel complex P3.
Under the plans, the Lowell branch of the university is looking to deliver a new large-scale ice hockey development, hotel center, and, potentially, riverside activation.
The project is being envisioned as a P3, with the private partner responsible for designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining the facilities.
