B&D Assists UT Knoxville with P3 Housing Project

Brailsford & Dunlavey has partnered with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for a P3 initiative with the goal of adding 1,900 beds to the campus. With the help of the recently chosen preferred bidder, RISE Real Estate, the project’s three new residential communities can soon enter active development.
