B&D Supports Key Efficiency Fund Initiative at Lewis & Clark College

Brailsford & Dunlavey helped Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, achieve a major step towards its climate action goals with the launch of the Energy Efficiency Revolving Fund in November 2023. B&D’s financial modeling projected cost savings from initial efficiency projects and showed how future efficiency projects could be supported by those savings. B&D also advised Lewis & Clark on the fund’s structure and policies to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the program. B&D engaged with the college’s Sustainability Office,  facilities staff, and the business and finance group to support the approval of the initiative by the Executive Council and the Board of Trustees.
