
Sabrina Bowman serves as a project manager for Brailsford & Dunlavey, bringing over seven years of experience in construction and four years in architectural design. Her background across both disciplines provides a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from early planning and design coordination through construction execution and closeout.
Sabrina currently serves as the owner’s representative for a ground-up student housing development at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she supports project planning, stakeholder coordination, and construction oversight. She is also helping establish and implement a bond program for the Cupertino Union School District in California, contributing to program startup, standards development, and capital project planning.
With a strong foundation in both design and construction, Sabrina brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to project management, helping clients navigate complex projects and deliver successful outcomes aligned with their goals.
