Mr. Carneglia is a project manager in B&D’s Washington, DC office, and is currently focusing on implementing several projects on behalf of the University of Delaware. Prior to joining B&D, Mr. Carneglia gained experience working in the Aviation, K-12, and Higher Ed sectors, as a construction manager. He also has experience working in the federal government as a geotechnical technician for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Carneglia was fortunate to have worked on several projects for his alma mater, The Catholic University of America, a few years after graduating.
