With over 20 years in the Information Technology field, Mr. McCay oversees all technology operations for Brailsford & Dunlavey. In his 10 years with B&D he has overseen the growth of the technology infrastructure through several major iterative upgrades, such as: a transition to a hybrid datacenter/cloud-based private cloud infrastructure, the growth of B&D’s web-based application development team, and the integration of both in-house and SAAS provided application infrastructure.

During his time with B&D, he also authored the book Unboxing IT: A Look Inside the Information Technology Black Box to help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical understanding of the IT world.
