Mr. Eaddy is a senior analyst in B&D’s Atlanta office supporting higher education practice. He is dedicated to effectively delivering quantitative and qualitative analysis to advance the ambitions of public and private colleges and universities. Prior to B&D, he has spent his career in finance, commercial real estate development, and private equity. His skillset includes stakeholder management, financial modeling, market research, due diligence, cash flow analysis, and project management.

He has supported several built environment transactions ranging from $15M to $200M. His total client relationship and transactional experience is over $250 million.
