Terry Fauntleroy is a senior project manager for B&D’s Sphere KMV group. As an SPM, Terry specializes in providing clients with superior results through a full range of services. Those services include design, construction, and program oversight as it relates to managing project risks, schedule, and budget for various project types.

Terry received a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University in Washington, DC. Upon graduating, he began working for the general contractor MCN Build out of Georgetown. After several years of constructing schools, libraries, and recreation centers, he transitioned into a new role as project manager at commercial real estate firm Jones Lang Lasalle.  

Outside of work, Terry loves to ride bikes and be in nature. Originally from Virginia, Terry, his wife, and daughter now reside in Maryland.
