Mr. Franklin is a senior analyst in B&D’s Atlanta office supporting the higher education practice where he advises clients on projects that align with their strategic vision. Prior to joining B&D he oversaw diverse projects in Community Development and Strategic Disaster Management. As a professional he has advised on projects leading to the construction of more than 17K housing units and his total transaction experience is just over $2 billion. Receiving his B.B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College and his M.S. in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University, Mr. Franklin brings a wealth of expertise in project management, financial analysis and cross-functional leadership.
