Mr. Henning has over 25 years of experience working in contract management for higher education, where he served at the executive level.

Prior to joining B&D Mr. Henning had oversight of over 60 higher education facilities.  During his tenure in the industry, Mr. Henning gained valuable insight on all facets covered with respect to the dining experience.  As a member of B&D, Mr. Henning will support the efforts of dining assessments, dining master plans, and supporting the procurement (RFP) processes.  He holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
