Mr. Keegan is a senior consultant at B&D. Prior to transitioning to this role, he served as the firm’s vice president for practice management for over 18 years where he oversaw numerous areas, including human resources, learning & development, practice management, real estate, risk management, legal affairs, facilities management, office administration, and quality control.

Before joining B&D, Mr. Keegan worked for 20 years in higher education where he served in a variety of senior student affairs and auxiliary services positions, including associate vice president of auxiliary services, director of auxiliary services, director of residence life, acting vice president of student affairs, dean of student life, director of student services, director of student activities, and director of intramurals and recreation. In addition to his higher education work, he has extensive experience in leading planning and implementation efforts for non-profit enterprises, including social service agencies, private schools, and religious organizations.
