Katie Lutton is a senior associate in the Washington DC office. Katie brings a lens of quantitative analysis and effective business case making to real estate and sustainability initiatives across a range of settings, from college campuses to sports venues. Before Brailsford & Dunlavey, she worked in corporate financial planning to balance budgets and allocate infrastructure funds across large organizations. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from the University North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
