Mr. Nassar is a project manager in B&D’s Northern California office, who specializes in implementation services for large-scale municipal and K-12 programs. In this role, Mr. Nassar directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned project staff to achieve project goals and objectives.

Prior to joining the B&D family, Mr. Nassar worked in the capacity of Project Manager for an architecture and consulting firm, where he was responsible for liaison duties with the county and city planning offices, change order management along with contract write-ups and management, and consulting the clients.

Mr. Nassar was commissioned and proudly served as an officer in the U.S. Army (Infantry) immediately after graduating from U.C. Berkeley.
