Ms. Maswanganye serves as B&D’s content / applications coordinator in the firm’s Research & Methods department. Her career began in a help desk administrative role, resulting in Tier I support technician status. She has accumulated several years of experience in Microsoft operating systems and programs, network protocols and administration, and client support management. Her project work has included assisting with the creation of several automation tools supporting quick and efficient onboarding/termination processes. She also held a position on a Change Advisory Board, where she represented the end-user community.
