Johnathan Ramos

Project Manager

John Ramos is project manager focused on Implementation Services in the DC office. Currently he is helping to lead the urgent needs campaign with the DC Housing Authority. His daily work includes managing a team of inspectors to review and analyze existing conditions of the agency’s entire portfolio, as well as leading teams of general contractors to stabilize existing facilities in the portfolio as well as make ready new units for occupancy.

Prior to joining B&D Mr. Ramos lead commercial construction projects often from inception to closeout, varying in size (up to 80k+ sf) and value ($500k – $25M+) as a general contractor for over a decade at firms such as rand* construction and D|Watts Construction. Some notable projects that Mr. Ramos has completed include Xylem Global HQ, Gallup Baltimore Gas & Electric HQ, several Industrious CoWorking offices, and Amazon Web Services offices just to name a few.
