The B&D Approach
Advised Tulane in support of its decision-making related to all facets of the redevelopment initiative as its owner’s representative and comprehensive development manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of architectural and engineering services, procurement and oversight of pre-construction services and construction management, identification of the most advantageous financing/funding approaches for the project, pursuit of local and federal historic tax credits, management of contracting/negotiations and administration of consultants, support of Tulane’s engagement with local and federal officials to compel support for the project, management of applicable approvals and permitting activities, and coordination with external development partners
