Santa Barbara County (Calif.) releases RFQ for workforce housing project

Deadline for interested parties is December 2

According to an article from the P3 Bulletin, Santa Barbara County (Calif.) is seeking partners to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a workforce housing development in the county.

The development will seek to maximize the number of affordable units that can be delivered at a range of income levels.

Interested parties have until December 2 to respond to the RFQ, which can be found here.
