Senior Program and Construction Manager Stephen Kitterman joins Brailsford & Dunlavey

Washington, DC – Stephen Kitterman, a 25-year program and construction management professional with extensive involvement in a number of school modernization projects for DC Public Schools, has joined program management and development advisory firm Brailsford & Dunlavey (“B&D”) as a Senior Project Manager.

Kitterman most recently worked at the Architect of the Capitol and focused on the planning, design, and construction of the Cannon House Office Building Renewal Project. In a previous role he had partnered with B&D on projects such as Nationals Park and DC Public School’s $3.6B modernization program.

“Stephen will of course continue working on the DC Public Schools Modernization Program where he has already made significant contributions. We’re also eager to integrate him into other K-12 projects in the region,” said Will Mangrum, B&D’s Executive Vice President and K–12 practice leader. “The need for innovation within program management continues to grow, so his impressive and vast experience will contribute greatly. Kitterman will join our group of professionals that takes very seriously the opportunity to help build stronger and more active communities.”
