The P3 Awards widely recognized as the industry's top honor

Brailsford & Dunlavey is excited to congratulate Western Kentucky University (WKU) for their recognition on the shortlist for Best Financial Structure at the P3 Bulletin’s 2026 P3 Awards.

The recognition highlights the innovative financing approach behind Elevate WKU, a landmark student housing public-private partnership that will modernize and elevate WKU’s residential portfolio. The deal will provide a roadmap for institutions seeking to address aging infrastructure while preserving affordability, maintaining institutional control over the student experience, and protecting the balance sheet.
